From Hwy 80 you will take the Douglas Blvd. exit out of the city of Roseville. Go east on Douglas for about 6 miles make a right on Auburn-Folsom Rd. go about 2 ½ miles until you  come to a stop light the sign will say Beals Point and you make a left.

Hwy 50 SLAKE Tahoe
Take the Folsom Blvd. exit go north on Folsom for about 7 miles (the road will change names to Folsom-Auburn) you will come to a stop light, the sign will say Baals Point and you make a right.

The  4th annual FLOW is an open water swim specifically designed as a training swim for multisport competitors and novices alike, with 0.6, 1.2, and 2.4 mile distances.   However, all are welcome. 

The event takes place at Beal's Point in Folsom Lake, just east of Sacramento.  Course is a triangular 1.2 mile design.  The 1.2 mile and 2.4 mile swims will be run concurrently; please do not enter both.  Awards three deep for overall male and female, and masters (40+) male and female. This event is NOT USMS sanctioned. So all can participate!

$40 after 6/6/10

Cost:

Wetsuits are allowed, but not needed.  Lake water temperature should be mid to upper 70’s. Wetsuit rentals are provided by Fleet Feet.  Please contact the Roseville or Fair Oaks locations to reserve size.

The Parking is $7.00, so please consider carpooling.  Beal’s Point is located directly off the Folsom Bike trails, so you could bike in that morning as well.  It is a great idea if you are training for a triathlon and want to use the day as a brick training!
